Open Day – Sunday 12th April We have decided to showcase what we are doing in a free one-day Open Day to both children of all ages and parents. Let us know you are coming so we can prepare a wonderful day using forest school skills, artwork, discussions of relevant issues round a fire pit, storytelling, shamanic rituals of drumming, and journeying, songs, connecting to the land and trees, and fun games to create new rites of passage for children to become more present in themselves.

A one-day experiential workshop with international shamanic practitioner Thomas Marty. In Shamanism everything in this physical world is seen as being imbibed with spirit. Trees have their own healing spirit and if we use part of that tree as a wand, then that wand also has a spirit.

Power animals offer protection, guardianship and guidance and great assistance during shamanic healing processes.

Shamanic traditions around the world use the archetypes of power animals as allies, advisors, and protectors on our life’s journey. When we work with these high energy beings, we receive their help in the physical world and the benefit of their knowledge and assistance.

A shamanic practitioner will work in unity with their power animals to clear blocked energies, move on compassionate entities and attached spirits, and offer direct revelation to questions. The shaman offers the spirit guide devotion and respect in exchange for this.

When journeying for others, the interaction and experience undertaken is the symbolic message for the recipient and for them alone.

Exploring power animals is a way to reconnect with nature, and to acknowledge our bond with all living beings. The shamans honour and celebrate these bonds between humans and animals and teach that animals are natural guides in the real ordinary world just as much as in the spirit worlds. They can help us discover who we truly are.

We will journey to the Lower Worlds to meet with power animals who have relationships with us already and those who are on hand to come and work with us in new ways.

We have all at some point in our lives felt drained by certain individuals’ attention or by specific negative events, felt oppressive atmospheres and been the recipients of negative energy sent by others. Through our body’s spiritual energy system, we sense, feel, and intuit everything and everyone we meet. So, it makes sense then to learn how to protect it as well as keep it energised and cleansed.

In this workshop we will learn about our body’s natural energy field and how it works. We will journey to the Lower World to pick up a power animal protector as well as to the Upper World for a wise advisor in human form. We will also meet with the archangels, ancestors and other high energy beings who wish to work with us in a protective way.

We will investigate various other powerful ways of raising one’s vibration high enough to cease being a target. We will work with powerful symbols, power songs, natural elements like crystals and plants, and finally, probably the best way possible, by living from one’s heart energy.

In this workshop you will learn the three basic shamanic ways of divining.
1. Journey work – being taken on a journey in spirit that will answer your questions via symbolic action and metaphor.
2. Merging with spirit to receive direct revelation (information).
3. Create your own tools to divine (scrying, runes, sacred objects).

You will also have the opportunity to journey to well-known ancient Oracle sites to develop your own personal relationship with the spirits there.

So, if you have questions that need answering, want advice on a project, relationship, or business venture, this is a great way to learn how to ask for and receive information which might guide your future.

We come into this existence as children of the elements made up of them and the underlying principle of spirit which embodies all material both in the physical world and spiritual.

We will work with the attributes of air, fire, water, earth and spirit. Learn to channel their healing qualities and manifest their nature into our lives.

Exploring the history and understanding of who the fey are and meeting them in person.

We will pilgrimage to meet with the Great Earth Mother in her Crystal caves, as well as several of the nature spirits (air, water, fire and earth) who work in her name. Respect is paramount for this work.

We will journey to meet with the Royal Court of the Fey and ask what we can do to be of service to the planet and what they can do for us.

We will be exploring ways of working together, such as: healing, divination, reclaiming lost items, receiving the blessings of the fey and having them as creative allies in our lives.
